If there is something I like about this, it is the detail that the palm tree covers "Sonic's" feet so that we don't see his shoes. But at the same time you can see a little of the gray color that his shoes have.
Edit: Also the fact that if his eyes are kept long, you can see that his eyes are blinking black.
