This is a method of proving Pythagoras theorem actually, it shows that the pusles or area of the bigger square are fitting into the two smaller square. Search on TH-cam please.

How does this model prove pythagoras theorem
The moong dal used to cover c2 is the same required for a2 and b2. Thus, a2 + b2 = c2
It took me some time but after researching pythagoras theorem I understood.
Pythagoras theorem States that the square of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the square of the two sides…so you draw square on all the three sides of a segments of the right triangle…(square of AB) + (square of BC) = (square of AC)…consider 'square of AB' - it is equal to the area of the square(area of square = side × side = side²)… similarly 'square of BC' is area of that square…then 'square of AC' is area of the square formed on AC…now the area of the squares formed on hypotenuse is equal to the sum of area of the squares formed on the other two sides…so sum of the square of two sides is equal to the square of hypotenuse…hence this is a working model of Pythagoras theorem…

Sorry to say, but this TLM is equating volumes i.e. a3 +b3 = ( a+b) 3 , which is ofcourse not true.
For pythagorus theorem, area should be equated.
