I wish they put something to protect the Photo card becsuse they can be damaged and its annoying. I remember my 7 albums all PCs got damaged and I got replacements for it. They should put them in a little pocket wrap thing like how fans do when they trade PCs so that it doesn't bend or get damaged in any way

Neelia Dahvid for the fankit, it takes at least 3 months for them to ship it (the next quarter of the year from when you ordered it) but for your memories it should’ve been shipped out already so I’m not sure why they haven’t :/ I hope they ship it soon!

After buying alot of merch and albums have you ever got invited to fansign?
You have to buy loads of the same album to be able to get into a fan sign. If you’re financially prepared or financially stable, then you can do so. Merch has nothing to do with it. Doesn’t matter how much merch you buy, that’s not gonna get you into a fan sign. It’s only if you buy loads of the same album and then other step by step rules (in their fan-cafe) then you can. But it mostly happens in Korea.

My box came beat up and my PC Card had a lil split on the side 🤬😭 than I’m seeing people with perfect boxes ☹️
You might be able to get a replacement because of the card, but they won't do it for outboxes (the binder) since they technically aren't the product

@@ZombieKitty18 for any product they sell, they out a disclaimer that you cannot exchange due do outsode packaging. Only if something is truly wrong with the product. Thats a risk you chose to take when you bought it

Don't think so there is a pre order time limit I think and I think Cokodive does pr eorder for limited? I remember purchasing there during pre order and remember rnot receiving the gift. I think it's first come first serve for the pre order.
