Like this tag a lot. The way you used the patterned paper and text paper then cut it out using your Bigz bird die is great. Yes, the tag underneath looks like a bird house. It's all uniform and cohesive. It's lovely Mike. Thank you. xx
I can’t believe this, I have the same flowers that I was just getting ready to use. I’m going in a different direction now. The universe is speaking to me ( and of course, so are you).
I love. Great tag Mike. I have seen that paper before but cant for the life f me remember where. I probably have some in my stash. I Decided to do tags for the monthly mini mission. It will use up the cardboard packaging I saved and boy have I saved some.....
Beautiful as ever ! Mike, aren't the blades of your scissors a little too short for cutting long pieces of paper ? Just asking, no criticism intended. I wish you a happy new year. Lots of love and beautiful moments for 2018. Evy
What is your work surface...some kind of graph paper? I like it so. Is it a pad, or a roll, and it is under glass? So curious about the surface your working on...Love your tag, especially the bird, oh and the fact it is shaped like a bird house. Thank You so much for the video.
It’s a Tonic A3 glass cutting mat - the grid is printed under the glass so will never wear off! And I don’t mind all the comments.. they all make me smile!!! XO
When done with it glue to a project and put modeling paste over it and have some raised texture to build upon...on a canvas maybe surface of a planet...light strip maybe...ideas ideas...lol Just wanted to say sorry about all the little post, I tend to kind of talk while I watch...I should just keep the box open and say what I want and move on. I apologize if its too many, or chaotic.
Bubble wrap was invented in 1957 by engineers Alfred Fielding and Marc Chavannes in Hawthorne New Jersey, USA. They sealed two shower curtains together, creating a smattering of air bubbles, which they originally tried to sell as wall paper. Courtesy of Wikipedia.
Deep brown with either turquoise or powder blue - you're right. A person would have to be mad to dislike such a combo!

Lovely! Tip for washi, fold the end over a little so you create a little tab and no more fussing finding the end piece! :)
I always forget to make the tab, I’m useless when it comes to things like that! XO

Looovely! I’m curious about cutting machine do you recommend the big shot?
I’ve had my Bigshot for nearly 10 yrs and it’s still in perfect working order.. so yes!😎

That is so pretty. I need that bird die
Any chance you can do more "motherboard" projects that can be cut up for artwork and cards? Thanks! :)

What is gesso? Or what is that white stuff you used? Also...What are those colored containers you’re using to paint with?
Gesso is base primer and the coloured containers were acrylic paints.

Rips, tears, wrinkles and signs of aging only acceptable on your tag! ;)

WALLPAPER???? Now that is funny
Deciding the ? Must be answered and I am one of those people, mmm wonder who did make it? Once the question is asked I must know.
Would somebody tell me where I can purchase these art tags? Thanks in advance.
I believe they are now discontinued. This video was originally posted early 2018. Sorry.
@@MikeDeakinArt That is so bad. Thank you so much for the quick reply. Love your channel by the way.
