I never heard this name Bouncer, to my knowledge the bouncer are the heavy weight lifters and also in wrestling.
Security is the decent word but not bouncer.

You are talking facts but it doesn't and will not work with the way this government is running Goa. Police can't take any action because their hands are tied. The CM, DGP don't give the police to do their job in a proper manner. Why is Sidhi Naik's murder case from Nachnola in Aldona not solved yet? Just asking.

👉Goa is good example of how Development can destroy a state's peace, culture n nature. As a tourist you had seen Goa 25 years back sad to see Goa like this today. Govt n few greedy Goans sold Goan land for big money.
Bouncers mostly have a criminal background. It's just like legalising criminals in a main stream.
Their is no designation as "Bouncer" defined in Goa labour laws or in any other provision of law. Therefore in my opinion- engaging and providing so called bouncers is illegal.

Not even public places cannot attack anyone. If you call them bouncers what is the definition of bouncers and who authorized them and what is the certification? If they have certification who authorized them? Until we have proper rules and regulations under government. We call them goon's.
