Well, she can file lawsuit on multiple grounds.. 1) online public shaming ,or 2) defamation for bringing harm to personal reputation. However, its on jude/jury to decide. In this specific case, as its a business entity doing it on public platform with monetary returns, it will become easy to demonstrate how they used her humiliation, recorded her, and published the content without her consent. Hopefully, she didn’t sign the release. It would have been different if it was a random person recording and publishing but again in lawsuit, i depends on the interpretation and assessment of how this video has harmed her. Evidence from psychologist, further harassment due to this clip, etc.
