Provide Mueller with a copy of the version we get. Ask him to go over it and and report to Congress. Once he is sworn in, ask him if the version we have has been edited.

Oh, do I agree! However, I don't think that's going to happen. This thing is going to disappear (at least its vital parts) in a sea of black ink and possibly the paper shredder. These conspirators are going to drag this thing out until the cows come home and do what they've been doing all along: talk it to death until everyone is so submerged in their BS-spin that noone and nothing can or will be trusted.

We know the AG will edit the report (down to less than 400 pages), but we the people need to know how much distortion and how many omissions apply.

The previous administration and the democratic congressional committee members had knowledge of Russian interference into the election process and was told as much by the previous democratic administration and both decided not to do anything about it. Both decided to hide it from the American people. And at least one of these entities decided it would be better used as a tool of collusion and illegal activity against President Trump, should he win the presidency. Lies, fake news, millions of dollars of tax payer money used to investigate a lie.

I find it hard to believe Mueller would not give 2 versions of his report to Barr: one unredacted and one redacted for release to the public. This would have been easy for him to do. If it turns out he did, Barr is toast. Or should I say Yogi.
Do you honestly think if he didn't agree with the Barr summary (which he was part of creating along with Rosenstein) that he wouldn't already came out with a statement saying it wasn't true ?

@@Andyhandz Mueller is staying out of the political fight as usual. But we will hear from him at some point when he is invited to a committee, and that will probably be revealing. We will get to see the whole report eventually. We will get to see the first part of the sentence that Barr conveniently cuts off in his memo to change the nuance. You can do a lot with the truth by hiding half of it. This whole trumplican sh*tshow will come to an ignominious end eventually.

Thankfully, we haven't been down this road too many times, however, in recent history, the Special Council reports have been delivered within days - at least to Congress.

Why say _more_ than 300 pages to attempt to minimize it's impact? Why not say _exactly_ how many pages? Could it be because "more than 300 pages" is actually _also_ more than 500 pages? More than 700? More than 900?
I'm just curious. Is there any reason why an unredacted version of the Mueller report can't be sent to the house today and the version with sensitive classified nfo be redacted prior to being released to the public and re-released to the house so that they know what is classified?
Can we not count on the house reps to quietly begin going through the full report and then use the later redacted version as a guide to not divulging sensitive data to the public later?

Lawrence, Mueller's book, originally due out March 26, 2019 , now moved to an April 30th, 2019 presentation , is 930 pages long , presumably with legal redactions . It is 5 1/2' thick, 8' long. It's author is former SC Robert S. Mueller, 111 , with a forward by (gasp) Alan Dershowitz . It pre-sells for $9.39 on Amazon.
As with Mueller's official report, containing unredacted information , which Congress needs to examine , we need a look at this book , earliest and more recent copies, to see what information may have been added or removed.
It seems unusual that Mueller's book would be longer than his official report on Trump/Russia . It also seems unusual that AG Barr could read , digest and judge Mueller's full unredacted report in about 48 hours. And announce that he would do so before, apparently, he'd seen the report.
We need Robert Mueller , with a copy of his original report to give to Congress as evidence, to testify in front of the House Intelligence and Judiciary, as quickly as possible. And then, AG Barr.
Barr's 4 page dense book report raised even more questions and interest on the report. Subpoena everything and bring Mr Mueller forth and barr.

Justice has always been an odd concept -especially in the US, but this is just ridiculous. The law itself seems an obstruction of it.
of course some things will need to be redacted but the full report should be given to all members of congress , or at the very least a bipartisan committee and including Nancy Pelosi. It will come out in the end.

William Barr should be investigated. Why does it take until April to release a report that has already been redacted? Does he plan on cutting out key parts of the report? Did Mueller allude to evidence on obstruction? We need the full unadulterated report, and we need it NOW.

We need to be patient. The AG is accountable to Congress, the same as he is to the President. Separate, but equal powers. Congress holds the full authority to access everything & everyone involved. *Public* disclosure is a separate matter, but Congress *will* have it. Barr knows it. Trump knows it. We know it. The only benefit in delaying, is to offer Trump time to create a defense. I anticipate the WH starting their spin, as a precursor to Barr submitting the report to Congress.

The Mueller report needs to be released to the public in its entirety. The DOJ has to make redactions for grand jury or ongoing criminal investigations and classified investigations. This process can be done be teams of lawyers and legal experts in reasonable fashion. This redaction process needs to get done in an expeditious manner.
Time for Congress to investigate Barr for Obstruction of Justice.

I’ve said it before & I’ll keep saying it - if this report had painted Trump to be as pure as the driven snow & cleaner than the Archangel Gabriel it would have been posted, in full, on every billboard in the country by now.
Barr, who we all know auditioned for the job through his unsolicited assertion that a president can’t commit obstruction of justice, has graced us with a brief summary of his interpretation of a lengthy & thorough report & which included only 86 words taken from that report. The bracketed ‘T’s indicate that he didn’t even think it safe to include full sentences.
Then we have all the Republican pearl clutching about releasing information on unindicted people (which, by DOJ rules, could include Trump) or classified material. All the while forgetting their release of 800,000 pages regarding the unindicted Hillary Clinton and the classified information regarding a FISA Warrant. And even with those they still couldn’t prove whatever it is they were trying to prove. Nunes’s memo on information he hadn’t seen himself was a useless damp squib.
Now we have the ludicrous situation of Republicans who hang on every word spouted by a pathological liar ranting about lies - when they’d have carried out the same investigations if Trump were a Democrat & would have been screaming impeachment from the ramparts.
We have the likes of Giuliani, Conway & Huckerbee Sanders, none of them noted for their veracity, demanding apologies for the “horrible way” Trump has been treated whilst completely ignoring the horrible way he treated Obama with his constant lies and unsubstantiated claims. I believe we are still waiting to hear the “unbelievable things” Trump’s investigators were finding in Hawaii. Apparently Trump didn’t mind investigations then.
And all this when none of them have seen what Mueller concluded in his report. Like the rest of us they’ve seen a short synopsis by a biased, partisan guy wanting to hang on to his job.
Moeller himself is the one who can tell the Congress and the American people the truth (and nothing but the truth) about the length and contents of his report.
Barr's "conclusion" was enumerated 8 months prior to the actual release of the Mueller Report

What's with these leaks? Why not just give us the facts. What does it really matter how many pages there are. It is content. And the idea that we get a redacted report is bad. We should be able to read the report in its entirety. According to the repugs we paid at least 25 million for it and I want to see what we paid for.
