Wonderful teacher of the Word of God! Oh, how the church in general needs sound teaching of the Bible today. So many shallow and heretical preachers are spreading false doctrine so no wonder that Christians are so week. Thank you God Almighty in Jesus name for being able to hear the word of God explained in a clear and simple way

Galatians 6:3 if a man thinks that he is something when he is nothing he deceives himself. It's better to think your nothing and God is everything to avoid pride. "Self" is the danger of too much self worth which leads to pride. Romans 2:11 there's no partiality with God. God predestines everyone equally and gives man their own free will to choose life and God knows already who will be saved. God predestined everyone and hasn't predominanted man which makes man to do something they have no choice to choose.

I guess Chuck is not aware of Romans 11:5 election according to grace. That is the limit of knowledge God has given us. Any effort it will be works. Keep in mind faith is also a gift
