I like that we are investing in young players with a lot of potential, and we got some really good players. (Bergval, Kinsky, Udogie, VDV etc.) But signing only this type of players you can't expect to be competitive with these other teams.
Yes, some of these players are not of the required standards or ideal choice. But the whole squad looks exhausted after every game and the remaining players have to carry more and more after each game, because the injury list grows. Reguilon had to start a few games. Brennan could've been saved some minutes in a few games.

Training? We barely have any done with games every 3 days. It's not just at the moment either. You need 48hrs of rest and recovery. Then mainly videos and tactics. You can't have a hard session the day before a game. This rumour doesn't even make any sense. Comparing with Bournemouth is ridiculous because they have a whole week to prepare for each game. Plenty of time to train his system compared to teams with midweek games.
Yeah some players can’t be rested for matches but just chill out a bit on the training? Like why is solanke training the day before a game when he’s basically our only no.9, let porro have an easier training like there’s no need to be doing sprints 24 hours before a big game( every game is a big game for us atm I know)

He then sent out Ashley Phillips on loan and didnt bring in a replacement, surely he must have known with the amount of games we were going to be playing this season that we needed defensive reinforcements as although he couldnt have predicted both Van De Ven and Romero being out at the same time he could have been better prepared for it
We should definitely have got another cb for the season due to the injury concerns we should have foreseen considering last season. Most of the time 4 main cbs would be enough as long as you don’t have more than one out injured at any one time. But we have had the two main ones injured for so long and at the same time, and the experienced back up also out. V unlucky overall
I would love to see Ben take charge of a team and see how well he does, because he seems to know a lot more about getting the best out of a team more than the professionals

Conte got sacked for being 4th, Mourinho got sacked before a final & Nuno was just not a great appointment at the time. Spurs fans pay one of the highest tickets in the world so expectations is going to be higher & be promised of entertaining games (which hasn't been many). We can bring up Injuries, overusing players & players who don't get used who might not be ready for this level. Injuries sucks but you have to adapt to it, change the way you play so we don't have to see Dragusin or whoever get absolutely killed. Scouting is a huge problem to be fair some players are just not good enough. Attacking wise we're one of the best in the league fair play but once we have to defend it's terrible. Set pieces, back post, leaving players open & so many more problems. Marco Silva and Thomas Frank languish at around 45% which is considerably less than Terzic. Besides, Daniel Levy won’t have to pay compensation and the Danish recruiter Johan Lange can speak to him auf Deutsch while developing young talent which the former did at Dortmund very well. We played way better than last season and just failed to capitalise on a few games that everyone knew was because Solanke and Richie were out injured and were toothless at the front. This whole "if you're not 100% ready, you shouldn't play" - I agree too with the concept but who the fuck do you play instead? We should definitely have got another cb for the season due to the injury concerns we should have foreseen considering last season. Most of the time 4 main cbs would be enough as long as you don’t have more than one out injured at any one time. But we have had the two main ones injured for so long and at the same time, and the experienced back up also out. V unlucky overall

Conte got sacked for being 4th, Mourinho got sacked before a final & Nuno was just not a great appointment at the time. Spurs fans pay one of the highest tickets in the world so expectations is going to be higher & be promised of entertaining games (which hasn't been many). Injuries sucks but you have to adapt to it, change the way you play so we don't have to see Dragusin or whoever get absolutely killed. Scouting is a huge problem to be fair some players are just not good enough. Overusing players like Kulu or Solanke is huge like they need a rest, honestly it doesn't hurt to just give Lankshear, Moore or someone in the academy a chance. Attacking wise we're one of the best in the league fair play but once we have to defend it's terrible. Set pieces, back post, leaving players open & so many more problems. Marco Silva and Thomas Frank languish at around 45% which is considerably less than Terzic. Besides, Daniel Levy won’t have to pay compensation and the Danish recruiter Johan Lange can speak to him auf Deutsch while developing young talent which the former did at Dortmund very well.
