- Some NBA records are put everywhere for you to see, but what about the records that are hidden and you never hear about? Those are the ones that we are going to cover in this 1+ hour long video. I want to unveil all those obscure records, stat lines and even NBA rules that you never knew existed.
This is a compilation of all of my "NBA Records You Didn't Know Existed" videos along with some other of my older ones including "Stat Lines" and "Rules". I hope you guys enjoy and be sure to let me know any future video topics you would like me to cover!

Bob Sura almost had 3 straight triple doubles but the last one was taken away because he intentionally missed a shot to get his own rebound. Think he did this on the clippers.

I think Wilt definitely had that quintuple double. One of the guys that used to do stats, the king of stat casting I might add, confirmed that he did and also did the stats for that game!
Klay Thompson didn’t just score the most points in a quarter, he did it only dribbling 3 or 4 times. Shit is actually insane

They paid him that contract because they stayed loyal, they didn't want to risk losing him and look what it bought them! Tatum is about to break that record this off season, though. How can the Celtics justify paying Jaylen Brown what they did? Do you even watch basketball? Eastern conference AND Finals MVP Jaylen Brown, who went left all playoffs and made sure to hold up his MVPs with his left hand?

I know this is a compilation, but a take like that deserves an edit.
That Russell championship run needs a bit of perspective on it. Half involved a league with 8 teams, only which three were above .500 for five of the seasons until expansion. Then there was an uptick to five teams being over .500. Winning is still difficult, but it was an era of three or 4 good teams, with one franchise playing with 5 to 6, even 7 of the best players in the league. Even with further expansion, prior to the merger, the Celts STILL had carryover Hall of Famers from the 60s that managed two more titles in the 70s. Absurdly, Boston had just two bad seasons at the end of the 70s, drafted Bird and the following season, won another title. Pretty sure that leprechaun is the Devil in a costume.
