For my cousin wedding every one were wearing saree expect me because Ma amma Nana nann saree lo nv bhalev annaru laavga knpistunav annaru Nen chaala disappoint aiyyan, those word's disturbed me alot Still Iam not able to loose my weight (55kgs -2019/ 70kgs-2021) . 🌹🌹so what I want..??🌹🌹 1.iam having fatty arms 2.face fat/puffy face 3.my fat tummy .... I realised I need to concentrate on my upper body first I started upper body workouts at home along with face and neck exercises I want to tone my body... Along with healthy diet... I gave up sweets and chocolates 😍 🤞 Hoping to loose weight upto 10 kgs in 4months 🤞
Hello Mam!! I will be very honest with you . I have followed your videos today. The reason being I’ve been feeling depressed and alone. Since three days I started to watching some yoga videos and stuff and that’s how I got this suggestion and it was accidental. BUT I felt it is worth watching your videos, not because you are sharing some good health tips because we have n number of such videos from celebrities…..but I want to say what made me feel today watching your videos 1. Usually other videos only talk about what to eat and what not to eat but in your video you explained what is important and how to start and practical what works for your How do you set your goal and how you should achieve it. 2. It feels like you are really listening to your near and dear ones. Because of your tone and also the way you explain it is really a pleasant way of delivering:) 3. You are such a humble and down to earth person. Too much dragging .. all need to know diet plan or exercise plans or strategies/tips.. that’s it.. no need this theory bcoz they already wanted to reduce weight that’s why they are watching this video.. FYI, this theory helps a few people who don’t want to loose their weight even though overweight.

Cucumber juice helps in de-toxifying the body and definitely a great tool in the journey of weight loss. Salads are more helpful than juices as juice does not contain fiber and we need fiber for health. If possible, go for cucumber salad.
