That's a confusing brand strategy. By the time they ended the pitch I couldn't remember what the 5 brand names were. They could sell all the products just under "Crave Raja". What has hub and spoke model got to do with having 4 sub brands and waste reduction? Nothing.

I use to do marketing for an Australian brand which is based on the same model and is competing against KFC, ye Anupam toh yaar lgta hai isne bhi Domino's mein paisa lagaya hai. Agar hm aisehi big prayers ko rhne de and compete na kare toh kya fayda, tb toh kuch mt kro baithe reh jao ghr pr ye big brands ho hi market capture krne do. Ek viral marketing se game change hojata ye log jo big brands se darr jate hai, kya bada brand banaynge phir. Earlier Domino's was behind pizza hut, because of good customer service and great branding and marketing it created that pull marketing which he's talking about.

Dominos they have restaurant not cloud kitchen 1st, n 2nd is there price is very less when compared to there compition, 2 because of 2nd reason they do good business, n they don't need swiggy n Zomato to deliver there pizza,
