- Vending machine exploit for 7 days to die 1.0 console version.
Easy way to make over 100k in dukes in 3 days by selling wooden double doors via the vending machines.
All you need to get started is x5 basic spears, 500 wooden double doors and 2.5k in cash to rent one of Rekts vending machines - can confirm this works post update Aug 2024

On the experimental branch a few days ago:
"Set the economic value to 1 for several blocks marked not to sell to traders to prevent rented vending machine exploits (full economy balance coming at a later date)"

I tried it on Thursday on the xbox and it worked like a dream.... And it works every 3 days as long as I add 500 more doors

i tested it now on ps5 and it worked.
@@zoidberg3092 also retested at the weekend and can confirm it works kn ps5 still !
Do you need the Spears?
@mr.yoohoo5987 I used the spears as it was a quick easy option, haven't tested items other than spears to mark up but should work if they are all the same item

Ok bit of an odd one here... ideas on cause would be nice... in one world, my brother n i did this n worked great. My cousin didnt bother til he saw it worked. Then my cousin and i did it in another world, and it worked for me but not him... he DID notice one price was one click too high... maybe it didnt work because of that? He changed it and we are thinking might have restarted the 3 day timer. Gonna wait n see i guess. We're on day 7 so not a huge deal, nothing really good to buy yet. Though i did snag a crucible when i saw it.
@brandonk6479 nice thanks for the info ! Yeah I bet the extra click may have thrown it off, probably reset the timer. Let us know what happens !
Exploit 😂, But its not a exploit its just flooding the market and price scaling. Like the old saying organic or eating healthy is more expensive then eating fastfood. Good job 7 days to die devs a game with implemented black friday sales meets price padding. exploit that is far fetched its a advantage maybe gorrilla warfare of econmy. But hey we've all wondered why would a npc would need that much junk from my pocket. "hahahaha gaming logic meets new generation entitled gamers. Like sueing a game for being to hard from software"

I tried a few days ago, waited 6 days in game and for some reason it didn't work any idea why?
@YesMateGaming-zi2lp did you remember to raise the price of the spears ? Had it happen where nothing sold once but its cause I forgot to adjust the prices. Other than that try starting rhe process again shouldn't take more than 3 in game days man
@@ZODIACTROPHIES yes I remembered to raise, took them to the correct prices and put my doors both at the regular price and also below regular price and had the same :S

@@ZODIACTROPHIES cheers mate very appreciated, I started another new world so i'll give it a go again on that world none the less i've also seen it doesn't matter which items you use so I may try that in another trader too
@@YesMateGaming-zi2lp heres a issue some times the vending machine wont count a day. you get the machine for 100 days. i had a machine sit at 98 days left after 6 in game days. this is just the way TFP program. dont expect it to be fixed anytime soon and if it is the amount you get will be dropped. so put stuff in and check every so often but dont count on it.

@kFr91 glad it worked ! I believe it only works with one stack, so 500 doors is the best you can do for 110k ish, I'm gonna test out multi items this weekend at the same time and see what happens.and il the other stacks sell il let you know !
