Even the normal Windsor of this model year was sensational, but this one is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. When I was in a place where we were trained in basic coach building they had a model of a wooden car side on display. The exclusive wood and the incredible amount of work required to build those type of cars prevented the manufactureres to earn money. It was more a prestige thing to proove the world what they could produce.
This car fascinates me I wouldn’t know which way to go to put it back together because there’s one for sale here in Pennsylvania. I believe it’s like 25,000 asking for it needs a total restoration. Looks nothing like this beautiful thing.
He could really use one of those electric pressure washers with all those cars. Much easier to wash them off quickly. Big brush on a stick too. just to clean them up.
Sometimes those pressure washers do more damage than good. A bucket and hand wash is all most of the inside cars need really. The outside stuff...well thats a different story!
@@Carchaeology I'm familiar with the Kaiser Traveler. (Forgot about that) But my "Complete Chrysler History" book calls this car a Traveler. Hmm. Veddy interestink!

In the car world, I would consider that a "Rembrandt"... WOW!
Most definitely the work of the masters! It just has such an incredible presence to it…really blew us all away.
That T&C is a time capsule.
Very nice.
Truly one of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen. Remarkable! Thanks for the shares.

Beautiful piece of automotive history.

Magnificent machine!
Man, what a good time you all had that day, way to go...
Wow, that's a beauty.
That’s a “ Leno” worthy piece right there 👌🏼
Sistema fluid drive, saque la tapa del piso y en el volalte (por medio de el arranque) aparecera un tapon, saquelo con cuidado,y reponga el fluido.📹👍
Dont they also use the engine oil?
Flathead torque monster

Tyler Hoovie of Hoovie’s Garage has a very nice convertible model.

One is in India!
Now that's a sexy beast
I believe the full name for the 4dr. version of the T&C was "Traveler". Too much, maing!!!
The Traveler was a Kaiser model. This was simply Town and Country Sedan.

The Traveler had a similar roof rack but not the wood body of the Town and Country. (I Googled it 😉)
@@Carchaeology Ok thanks!
