oh, Dear- so sad to see and hear this...I was a child of 10 when my father was stationed there with the US Army..we went to school in this building (1956-1957)....it was a beautiful, magical place..the grounds were covered with daffodils in Spring..such happy time. Newbury is always in my heart..I have returned to the village several times. Thank you for posting this
From a photographers point of view, the music suites the video but as an ex-pupil, it has given the building a sending off it doesn't deserve. Chattering kids, shouting kids, teachers bellowing out, "walk, don't run". Those are the sounds that came out of the school. Can't believe half of it will be torn down. Very sad to see it like this. Not my last memories at all. Nice video - nice pictures. Compliments on your work.
Went to a party here as a friend lived here only 7-8 years ago. Never realised until the night thst also the owner/old principal also lived here and was at the party too. Let's just say i got the hell outta there!!! Lovely big placevand grounds though just very eeeeerie after knowing its background. Like the vid buddy.
I'm looking to shoot a music video there but struggled to find it. Is it reachable by car or do you have to make it on foot? I think I was near it but came across a residential and farming area. I
I did a photoshoot here in early 2010, although we did get permission i'm not sure how you go about it, my personal opinion it's probably not too hard to trespass, although I wouldn't encourage it as the building is a bit unstable.

I was there the other day. Sad to see the state it is in right now. Going back in awhile to shoot a music video there with permission to shoot there.
