For those coming to Singapore, go to Old Airport road Hawker center ( search google ). More then double the variety of food and at much cheaper prices. Plus it can be reached by Train.
You can add the journey to the hawker center in your video too. Alight at Mountbattern MRT station (CC7) Circle line. Which is the nearest to the hawker center. For lunch time near the city center try Amoy street hawker center ( near Tanjong Pagar MRT ) Lots of good food there, only catch is to be there at 11am before 12pm to avoid lunch time crowds. After one pm most of the good stalls will be sold out of food. Enjoy!
