To make a true/false question, use only the first two answers (the third and fourth are optional). Add 'True' to the first and 'False' to the second, check the correct answer, and uncheck the 'Random Order' option. That is a good question. We currently don't have the option to add custom responses when a student answers incorrectly, but we will add it to the ideas list! Did you have any ideas for how you'd like to see that implemented?
