Why we use the "Spanish Heel" for La Mancha Guitars

In our little series master luthier Andreas Dill tells you more about the La Mancha and Baton Rouge Guitars.
As a Luthier he was in charge of the construction side of the La Mancha Guitars. This is why he know more about the philosophy and the thoughts behind our Classical Guitar Brand.

I have the 3/4 La Mancha Romero Granito 150€s( a good deal from a good shop in Finland!) new! perfect intonation, I tune VERY low and it feels very spongy! I play with a pick, Jazzy style...
my strings: E-Savarez Corum 500CJ, A-Savarez Corum 500CJ, D-Hannabach 815SLT, g-Savarez 540R ( carbon), b-Savarez Corum 500 CJ, and e- Daddario Classic NT...
the La Mancha feel super solid, and the open-pore mahogany is deluxe-feeling!!!
some say a 3/4 sized is a toy, but Ive played a few, and my La Mancha (truss rod, spanish heel, build quality, fret finish, intonation...:

I have a La Mancha guitar but it’s not one you made. This one is old. My dad gave it to me. He said he bought it maybe in the 70’s.
Have been trying to find info on it, but have not been able to. Do you know of any La Mancha guitar company from the past?
