I am so tired of tossing and turning due to hip pain. Tried 3 different toppers to no avail. Going to narrow my search with this helpful video! Thank you!!
We really would like to see you guys moving on the mattresses more and not stationary so that we can get an idea of how the foam reacts. More of rolling over/changing positions. It would be appreciated. Thx
I really like a soft mattress. So I’m happy that you mentioned a mattress that’s for people with back pain. I thought soft mattress were contraindicated for that.
I only sleep on my side so a soft bed is all i want to sleep on. This is s great list of some of my favorite mattress! I wouldn’t mind sleeping on any one of them👍
I grew up on a hand me down soft mattress and I always had back problems I have now been on a medium firm for a few years and I haven’t woken up once with back pain from my bed.
I thought I liked a soft a mattress but was confused about the cloud like description. I found I like being on top of a cloud and not drowning into it.
Beware of Brooklyn Bedding! I was super excited when I ordered from them because I could choose to get a really soft bed and I was supporting a company from my hometown (Phoenix, AZ)... over a month later-- 26 business days -- and not only have I not gotten my mattress, but there is somehow no update in my order. According to them, it takes 15-25 business days to receive your bed depending on where you are in the country. I'm in Idaho so that's like a 14-15hr drive, not across the country or anything. Idk if there was some sort of problem because they never reached out to me, and it's like pulling teeth to get any info from them. After speaking to multiple people and getting nowhere, I've canceled my order. If you have the money to spare and don't mind waiting for ~however long~ then order from BB & I truly hope you enjoy your mattress! But I can't keep waiting and sleeping on my current mattress. Just figured I'd share my experience.
Thank you for this review. Am looking for a mattress with cushioning for my shoulders and hips plus good support for when I roll onto my back. Am primarily a side sleeper though. Some "plush" mattresses are not recommended for back sleepers as they don't offer enough support and some plush mattresses are really firm once one sinks through the top cushion layers.
The Brooklyn Bedding Signature Hybrid is comfy, but only lasts for 6 to 9 months and then you have to buy a mattress pad to be able to sleep on it. They replaced the first one and it did not even last as long as the first one did. I could only give it one star. 😞
The problem with soft mattress is they are all different feeling and sink into the bed isn’t consistent but adding coils can help stop sinking half way down a bed
I suppose soft mattresses are good for side sleepers. But I prefer medium firmness. Maybe it's not that comfy to sleep on the side but they are more versatile.
I really like a soft mattress. I do not like sleeping on top of a bed. I have a pillow top mattress now with springs. I notice dents on my side even though I'm only 150 pounds at 5'10" women. My husband side has less indentation. I sleep on side and back . Why is my side like this ?
GIVEAWAY: I think soft beds aren't for everyone obviously But for combination sleepers and side sleepers I think a medium soft is enough in my opinion even though I've never tried one I have only had firm but a medium soft is enough as it does provide pressure relief and adequate support I feel. A Plush mattress is just too soft and even though I've never tried one I feel it would give you some problems later down the road but that just my opinion.
Giveaway, We are seeking a softer on because we have slept on memory foam beds by now. They do tend to be a little firm. I am looking for a coil with plenty of foam above them. Still hoping you will give us thickness of the layers.
Giveaway: I’m a petite side sleeper. So a softer mattress would be great for pressure relief. All theses sound great. enjoy the idea of the flippable Layla
Giveaway : I’m a side sleeper and I think I might need to try a softer mattress than I’ve had before. (I’ve always gone with pretty firm and have not found a comfortable mattress in years). I’m also a heavier person with back pain that is getting worse. I think they Layla Hybrid, Casper Nova Hybrid or the Amerisleep might be a good ones to try. I’m definitely going to get an adjustable base, so I think both of these might be too expensive. Thank you for your amazing reviews!! They are very informative and helpful.
Giveaway: I like softer mattresses because I sleep on my side and need pressure relief. However, some of the ones that are soft don’t use enough coils and don’t provide proper support for spinal alignment.
Giveaway: Presently, sleeping on the pillow top Sealy queen mattress. I'm not too interested in soft mattresses. I'm six feet tall, Heavy (250+)side sleeper, experiencing lower back, hip and shoulders pain, need good edge and overall supportive organic, hybrid, and breathable. Nature latex Classic Saatva or Purple 3 with and with any accessories. Thanks for doing these type of videos 👍👍👍😊😊
Giveaway: In the market for a new mattress. Not a fan of soft mattresses. I don't love memory foam feel and have low back pain. I'm just researching Ghost, Saatva, Casper, Diamond, Purple, Amerisleep, Nectar, Wiki etc.
Giveaway: soft mattresses feel great but most people just need much more support than what a soft mattress can provide. They are definitely not for me as a stomach sleeper
Giveaway: I would love one of these softer beds I’m a side sleeper but also need something for pressure point relief to, my shoulders and hips aren’t what they use to be 👵lol Thank you for another great review 🛏💤
The problem with soft mattress is they are all different feeling and sink into the bed isn’t consistent but adding coils can help stop sinking half way down a bed
I would like a mattress that has a plush top, but is still supportive underneath, since I'm a side sleeper.

I would love a soft mattress which feels all cushiony and comfy! Thanks for the video!

I primarily sleep on my side and I do have shoulder pain from time to time, so I love the plushness of a soft mattress.

I definitely prefer a medium firm mattress. My current nectar is too soft and my back ends up hurting by the morning.

Good Reviews. What is the best mattress for someone with neuropathy in their legs and feet?
I've always felt like a mattress should be firm. But as a side sleeper, if a softer mattress relieves pressure, I'd go for it.
Anyone have info on sven and son mattresses?

My thoughts on a soft mattress are that I might actually like sleeping on one, I may need to try to be sure since I do have back issues.
I am a side sleeper, so I only like soft mattresses. Great information on the soft mattresses too :)
I love soft mattresses
I love soft mattresses but with my evolving back pain it looks like I'll have to stick with a firm mattress with a foam topper for better support.
I love this channel - literally has helped a TON ~ Love the giveaways and the community comments overall
I think the Casper Nova Hybrid needs to have a couple more inches of firmer foam in the lower layers
I’ve always had problems with beds lasting. I’ve avoided pillow tops since I’m a warm sleeper.
I think i might like it but may be a little heavy for a real soft mattress
I'm tall, but lightweight, and a strict side sleeper. So a soft hybrid would be perfect.
The problem with soft mattress is they are all different feeling and sink into the bed isn’t consistent but adding coils can help stop sinking half way down a bed

I can't do a super soft bed. I prefer a medium or firm bed for support
I'm not a fan of soft mattresses because I associate them with lower back problems. Could be I just haven't found the right soft mattress though.
Apparently there’s not medium soft /soft?!?
Why is this channel only about mattresses now?

I like the idea, but I’m a strict stomach sleeper so soft mattresses kill my back. I definitely need something more supportive.

Just ordered one
Congratulations to Patrice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These all sound so wonderful. I love that the trial window allows us to experience the mattress. I appreciate the hybrid options.

Giveaway question: As a full-size male over 250lbs these mattresses are way to soft for me.
Giveaway: I like softer mattresses because I sleep on my side and need pressure relief. However, some of the ones that are soft don’t use enough coils and don’t provide proper support for spinal alignment.

Giveaway: since I am a back sleeper, soft mattress usually gives me back pain. I definitely prefer firmer mattress.
I have as5 with their topper. It’s like sleeping on a rock. I hate it
Giveaway: soft mattresses feel great but most people just need much more support than what a soft mattress can provide. They are definitely not for me as a stomach sleeper
Giveaway: I've tested out a plush memory foam mattress once and I absolutely loved it, I've been researching memory foam mattresses ever since
Giveaway - The thought of a really soft mattress makes me feel like ill sink in it lol
Giveaway: The thought of sleeping on a nice plush soft mattress makes me think it will feel like sleeping on a cloud ☁️
Giveaway: I would love one of these softer beds I’m a side sleeper but also need something for pressure point relief to, my shoulders and hips aren’t what they use to be 👵lol Thank you for another great review 🛏💤
Giveaway: As a person who grew up sleeping on a rock hard bed I am now much more attracted to soft plush beds.
This gentleman mumbles, speaks too quickly and does not enunciate. No I am not old, I am thirty-five.
I would love a soft mattress which feels all cushiony and comfy! Thanks for the video!
