How-To: Creating Conversation Filters Using Assignment

This video shows you how to create filters using assignment rules so that you can move conversations out of the All Inbox and into a specific filter assigned to a team or individual. This can be very useful when you want to manually organize, but it's also possible to automate assignment as part of your phone tree or workflows if you're on the Communicator Plan.
