[Character Preview] Homa from Sword of Convallaria CN

- Homa, a merchant from the Elaman Empire, travels with three mystical parrots, often using her street smarts (or is it wisdom?) to her advantage. While interacting with her, you can often feel her sincerity and warmth, but there’s always a hint of mystery surrounding her.
Homa seems to be engaged in trade between Elaman and Iria, but the truth is, due to certain reasons, she is involved in some secretive underground deals instead of straightforward high-risk trade. Her birds are the key to everything she does, playing an essential role in her established business relations.
According to rumors, she and the parrots share a partnership, and this bond seems to have a deeper origin.

Caris and Simona were briefly featured in the last two Real-time PvP videos, so I decided to make Homa's preview video first. I'll cover Caris and Simona in future videos. Also, I'll soon be releasing a detailed video on Edda, including her recommended builds and tips, to help you decide whether to invest in and develop her.

I’ve suggested to the dedicated customer service that they add an English option to the CN version, hope they will implement it soon
insanely strong character, she has literally everything in the kit, support, damage, mobility, all debufs you can ask and can also tank with dodge, she alone can make any unit OP by adding 2k+ damage per hit dodge and all sorts of stuff, i wanted to pull for her cus she is tan, now i have double the reason, acambe next, saw him on tier lists to be pretty strong, but i dont trust tierlists that much, only actually seeing the kit to truly know.
You can already see him in his pvp videos, can attract and pull together the enemies to aoe nuke with him or others, seems op for pvp

@asoret Yeah it's been great. That said, I feel like she hasn't really gotten a chance to shine aside from her turn-1 mobility enabling battlefield control with explosive barrels. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to see her being useful, but I'm excited to see more of her kit in use, like Homa got here. It really adds to the hype of upcoming characters

Seeing the roles in this game, I honestly never would've expected I'd be running double breakers as much as possible, but her design and kit are amazing. Always loved summoners and jacks of all trades, and her being so strong is just a cherry on top. Depending on our income, I might just skip the upcoming big three for her, but I'm hoping for at least Auguste as well.
Damn, she is stacked! I wonder who are other good pairs with her besides Auguste? My guess is physical damage dealers with multiple attacks in one turn?

@@asoret saffiya is the prime example of modern yu-gi-oh mentality :move forward ,apply hanged men mark, attack, follow up attack because hanged men mark, summon a minion,minion attack, minion launches a follow up, enemy attacked the minion minion exploded and now the boss is dead because every attack deals 10k plus non crit
And she can also life steal and deal 30% more damage to all enemy except the watchers(the light element)
Characters focused on single-target physical damage get a huge boost with Homa's support. Auguste is a perfect match because he can attack multiple times in one turn. Of course, Safiyyah and other characters with Armguard work well with Homa too.

Honestly, if you're short on Hope Luxites, I think it's okay to skip Edda. Stronger support characters will come out later, and Edda's signature Liquor terrain will be ignored by bosses with ultimate immunity in the late game. My own Edda is still only one star and equipped with the worst gear because I haven't really needed her since I cleared Crossing World.

If you want to boost Auguste's damage output, Homa is a must-have. But if you're not all about max damage and aren't interested in what Homa offers, feel free to skip her.
@@iceyfun7410hey icyfun i decided to skip Edda (on global release) since i don't have Nungal or Beryl but for the next banner it could be Simona. I like her design and would try pull for her but many say Simona is not strong and Papal Ice Prites is good enough that i should better save pull for Saffiyah/August/Cocoa. As a fight to play i had very limited of my option so i wanna as your opinion about Simona. Does Simone worth for a long shot? (maybe not count PvP) i mean if i pull for her will she fit on Gloria/Inanna team for atleast 1 year in game contents?

If you like her bro just pull but don't get too deep if ur F2p just throw in like 30 and if don't get her then skip
Both have great kits but if you want to min-max: Edda for magic damage teams (e.g. Beryl, Nungal) since she debuffs their magic defense, Homa for physical damage teams (e.g. August) since she debuffs their physical defense.
Homa will be released long after Edda banner, so you can save

Question for Spiral of destiny. So after we clear all route, there will be new route/story?
You can do 4 different routes with somewhat different endings for all of them even right now, just by making different choices, but you don't need to do them all (although I'm currently enjoying all of it a lot)
But what the video mentions is that we will have an update with more and different story content later, like a DLC. Looks like the one mentioned will be focused on the country of Elaman
@@miorioffI hate that in some endings there are 2 different ones depending on what you choose at the end, so if you want the other one too you have to grind and repeat a lots of things

Is Edda good for realtime pvp ?
I think Edda performs average in real-time PvP in the global server, but she’s quite weak in the CN server's current meta.
Is auguste attacking 4 times in one turn and if so how?
In the video, I used the Instant skill twice and triggered Auguste's Act Again once.

Wait is pvp optional? Because what puts me off from games are pvp exclusive content that makes characters stronger (thus forcing you to do it) i absolutely hate pvp and would prefer to play by myself at my pace
@@tangofoxtrot40 You have the typical gacha pvp (Set up defense and battle someone else's NPC defense) and you have real time pvp but it dosent have any rewards other then a shiny season profile border.
@@tangofoxtrot40I similarly hate pvp, especially in gachas, but honestly? While not mandatory, it does give decent rewards for just auto-ing 3-5 matches a day. As far as mindless dailies go, it’s not bad in my opinion.
