      I was asked not to do strength training by my doctor, and we used to be gym jumkys, but unfortunately, I think I might have overdo it, so I am taking a break. 🙄

    Just go to baking classes
    Meetup apps for hiking or walks
    And u got blue and berry where u can engage with.
    And mostly u can be off from work for two months or so .
    As am single living in sydney , I do get away with work for two months and then got a great offer in good company.
    So don’t think much 😊

      I thought about the cooking and baking classes, and honestly, I wouldn't say I like cooking, so I'm not sure how much I will enjoy them. Hiking and walks are on my list 😊! With this last job, I have developed a severe anxiety disorder with social anxiety. I don't even feel like stepping out. I have a lot of commitments and bills to pay, so that I couldn't get away like that, but I will do that with my next job for sure!

      Its ok take time to heal u deserve better who knows this can be Ur turning point in life U deserve better one . Keep on trying and do a job to live and don't live to do a job think in that perspective everything will be fine and fall to places u will eventually start feeling positive keep on trying definitely U will find a one very soon charming buddy ☺️

      Never ever do this. It will make your life even worse.
      Upon getting up, dont let your mind to think. Keep a journal next to your bed. Open that as soon you get up. Just follow what is the first thing to do. Dont let your mind to overpower you to stop doing things. Go out for a walk (first thing in the morning). This helps you to bring some positivity for the day. Keep a list of to do things in a journal.
      I would like you to address deep inside what brings anxiety in you. Is the anxiety linked to things, person, task,,,,,, or anything. You have to first determine the root cause. I dealt with anxiety for last five yrs due to my life situations. I still get triggered when I revisit those times.
      Love yourself. Pls pick a hobby. Learn something new.

      @@buttterflygirl No, I am not trying for a baby now. I’m on cognitive behavioural therapy now, and I started this channel for that reason: to keep me busy. I’m currently exploring new things to do, but I'm not sure how it helps. My days are not the same; everyday ups and downs are always there, but I’m trying to do everything to come out of it. Thank you ❤️ I will look into the journal writing and morning walks. I hope you are in a better place now; as far as I know, anxiety is not something I want to be in with; it is not pleasant.
