Just a clarification. When I was recording this I got through the entire expansion draft and had already discussed everything that I thought of the team and all. At one point the game crashed and told me to submit an error report so I had to go back and recreate everything and to keep everything moving smoothly I had to make two trades to get a couple guys back on the team that weren’t in the draft the second time around. Obviously nobody in the draft was so important to me or good enough that I had to go out of my way to get them on the team but I felt like the series was already started by that point so I simply made the two trades and continued on. I'm a big expansion franchise guy too and the 3 things I've always wanted are the warmups, summer league jerseys, and cut scenes at ur home arena (I hate how it cuts right to tipoff when ur at home as an expansion team) those little details would make the teams feel so much more authentic and realistic. On a positive note the gameplay is much more smooth! Hyped for the series bro!

You could actually create custom Summer League Jerseys and upload them to 2kshare so that you have them saved and you can load them up when Summer League rolls around! Also, if you add the expansion team then swap your team with another original NBA team, and give the team their original uniforms (almost always on 2kshare already) and all that and switch the settings temporarily so you can just move the players seamlessly, you’ll notice you’ll get full presentation before each game! It takes a bit of work but it’s worth it to put in the 30 or 40 minutes in the beginning if you’re going long term with the franchise! But yeah bro I’m hoping they give us little stuff like this in the future because you’re right the gameplay feels super realistic and smooth this year! I would also love to be able to customize my entire court floor to make like a city edition court with a subtle logo in the background or maybe even different shades of wood color, not just the opaque color overlays they give us currently. Patiently waiting my bro 😁👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

No matter how hard I try, I always find myself with teams that sign players who are not there in real life. Example I find myself systematically with Siakam at Jazz or Klay at the Warriors. Hey bro! So a lot of what I do I do custom behind the scenes to make it realistic in the beginning! So I fix rosters, contracts, overalls, attributes, basically anything I can edit to make it realistic and immersive I do it before I start. Hey bro absolutely! I’ll never stop helping! The black field is one that has me stumped right now and EA seems to keep telling me it’s fixed just to shut me up because it’s clearly not but here are some things to try! If you haven’t tried these things… 1) Download and use Brave browser 2) Use private browsing mode on your current browser 3) try creating a separate account with EA and making your team there 4) this one is probably MOST important.. if you’re still trying to upload a team you made from before it will never be corrected for that team. You MUST start over from scratch and rebuild the team over again and 5) try only adding a midfield logo and end zone logos but do not change anything else when you make the new team. This is also important because this has fixed the issue for many people. Don’t change to turf and don’t change the colors just leave it alone and only add your logos and be sure to deactivate the secondary logos. Again, be sure you’re doing all this with a brand new TeamBuilder save.. like a fresh blank team and make it over again. These methods have worked for 90% of the people dealing with this issue. Lmk if anything works bro 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

You can also upload all your custom images to nba2k.com just sign in and choose your console. I have all 50 spots used up lol but it’s super satisfying when you finish something that looks good and realistic! If you know photoshop well enough you can make literally anything! Photoshop is how I create all my stuff 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Without having to save? I know you can add up to 6 additional teams but you can actually have all the teams in the league custom if you’d like! Sorry if I misunderstood the question I’m not sure what was meant by without having to save 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

I hope this helps man I'm not terribly familiar with how 2k treats files that are saved locally and shared on 2kshare. 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Simulation is broken since 2k24 - You will have players average 40 over a season it is not realistic. I mean its a scoring league now but not this much.

@@WWE2KUNIVERSEELITE so in the simulation tab under settings there’s a bunch of sliders in there. I turned down shots and 3 point success rate because I noticed that the guys that were around 40 a game all were averaging like 45-55% from 3. I know that early in the year it’s not impossible for percentages to be unsustainably inflated but still changing those sliders seemed to normalize everything. I turned shot from 50 to 44 and 3 pt success from 50 to 42 and since then it’s been much more realistic 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
U also need to do something about your front court badly as smith and walker and reed are all great backups at this point in their career and all three are undersized at their positions. Your two centers are 6ft9 and pf is 6ft7. U can’t possible match up with anyone in the league with that as ur frontcourt. Not trying to be a jerk but I would think that would have been something to think about while drafting the players. It’s like you handpicked this team to lose badly. U have no potential no size and not really good shooters either. The one big u have with size is soft and 21 years old in filipiwski but he hardly plays anyways. I’m just confused I guess at the thought process behind building this team. Again you handpicked these guys with options to select over 100 other guys rated as good or higher🤷🏽♂️
This team has zero potential? You could have drafted a way way way better team. I like that you chose to get the 3 rookies but with their ratings so low you could have gotten better guys and took them with your last 3 picks. It just didn’t make sense to me at all. I love bub but he has no potential in game and to pick him first was terrible. Like I said I like the idea of getting the lower rated rookies but I would have hit them last and also made sure they all had at the very least b potential. Understandable but the point of the series is to start off with a bad team and do my best to build it up. I’m trying to keep it realistic and in my opinion if the NBA expanded (which I believe will happen) the two teams will be very bad in year 1 and probably the first few years. They’d be full of role players and young guys that haven’t panned out in their current environment. It would be a patchwork of mediocrity so that’s what I went for. Sure I could’ve actually drafted and maybe even been a fringe contender in year 1 but despite your opinion which I absolutely respect, 99% of people are here to see me take a bad situation to a good one if I can.
