Someone threw an empty pizza box at me from their car the other day when I was walking down the street. Luckily it missed, but people are psychotic nowadays. Really does feel strange living in society nowadays.
I have so many stories like this I could share, I could not list them all. One time when I was younger, my daughter and I were riding our bicycles down a street in the neighborhood when some people threw eggs at us from a car. They were not expecting me to be in good enough shape to chase them down and kick in the side of their car door.
@@TruthTiger The cycling stories alone could fill hours. When I go on really long cycling trips you can tell where you are in relation to a city based on how people behave and treat you. When you get honked at out in the country it’s because people want to wave at you and say hello. When you get honked at in the suburbs it’s because someone believes you are on the road that they own and you are in their way.
In another incident, I was involved in a mass cycling group where we would ride around Pittsburgh in groups of 400+ riders, taking up entire streets for several blocks. It wasn’t illegal but people would get SO MAD. A guy in a Porsche convertible road-raged and plowed into the group and ran over 2 cyclists (and it was on video). The people did not get hurt but he crushed their bicycles. 300+ cyclists rode past him and dumped their Gatorade and water bottles all over the inside of his car because he had the top down on the convertible.
I see it too, bro. A decade ago i would run into some crazy person here and there... but that was about it. Ever since covid its like 3-4-5 times a day just for a simple grocery store trip. It has def gotten out of pocket. The difference in undeniable

There's alot of crazy people hear in the big city of San Antonio ,TX. When I retire in 16 years I'm leaving this city and moving back to Duluth Minnesota in a town of sixty thousand, not to big ,and not to small. I won't have as many crazies to deal with. But these cities like SanAntonio with over 1million people don't leave you with enough peace and silence.
It doesn't matter where you go you'll see this behaviour, because the system's world wide. Very true, I often thought about leaving Ireland but then again the whole world is the same. I'm very afraid of where we're going.
