      Yes, that would work but some things I grow have incredibly deep roots so I need the whole 24" of soil

    Ok, you convinced me. I am gonna try at least a version of this. I have a question. What kind of wheelbarrow are you using? I know stupid question probably but mine is about done and I am thinking about a new one.
    Love the vids. I have had a bunch of gardens over the years and have tried a lot of stuff. I like your ideas and I want to try some of them. It's only my wife and me now and I don't want to have to take veggies to work that I worked for and give them away. Selfish I know but gardening is a lot of work sometimes. Not to mention expense. So I am trying to come up with simple ideas that are good enough for just my wife and me. Thanks, man! Lots of good information here!

      Thanks. I almost never have slugs. It's hot and dry here mostly during summer
