If you like heavy RPG Fantasy games like WOW you might really enjoy the Witcher 3 if you haven’t played it before. Both on PS4 (you can play it on your PS5) or on the Nintendo switch

Sometimes I watch ASMR like yours after playing FIFA, because it can be very frustrating. I would recommend that you try playing Stray if you haven't already.
