If any such thing happens again, remember that you have the right to inquire about the video cam that captured you doing above 100. There was such a case in Delhi once. Cops pulled over a person for over speeding and fined him. The person being sure that he was not above speed limit, asked for the proof and in return the cop said 'Hum dekh ke hi pata laga lete hain ki speed above 60 hai' He filed a case in court and won. All the decisions were in favour of him as cops had no proof or any speed cam even installed that could monitor the speed. This is big and needs awareness. I would suggest you write maximum things in description as it makes easier for people to find your video with particular word phrases! Cheers man! Ride Safe

Why special rule for SBKs? 3. You started the video a bit agitated and irritated (which I understand), but I'd advise against getting agitated right away. I've been there done that and if you're dealing with a bad cop, he's going to show off his powers and make you sit in station for sometime, or tow your vehicle or something like that.

People have always seen biking culture as an act of hooliganism. So no matter how responsible a rider may be, he'll be always blamed for the wrong reasons.
It's not legal to ride on 100km/hr on streets just because you are paying a lot for your bike! And saying that you have been stopped for no reason is stupid. And our police have the reason to stop us without telling any reason. Indians are not familiar with these bikes so don't be so dramatic when they stops you.
mbrij 96 yaya everybody does 100 on highway me too.😜 but Its illegal. the stupid part is when he says he can go fast because he paid for his expensive bike , lmao
***** depending on state. but still not more than 65km/h for motorcycle n 100 to 120 for cars on highway. in cities cars up to 80km/h n motorcycle 50km/h still in some states it should be 30km/h for both. to (my knowledge I heard that motorcycle are not yet allowed on expressways, so don't quote me on this one). We do have these limits, but I don't this this is strictly implemented anywhere. But where I live ernakulam district police won't let you go without a ticket for drinking and driving, running on red light, no helmet, even for side mirrors and headlights.

If the police seniors have any honor, they should take disciplinary action against this errant policemen who wrongfully detained these bikers, and have the courage to accept the wrong doing. Sad to know that the cops still prefer two wheelers plying way under speed... Also one point to note here is that the cop whose phone was used to communicate with the higher up wasn't wearing helmet!
Yeah it has happened to me also within city (Delhi), but I was riding a scooter. I had my gloves and helmet on, was riding at 40-50kmph speed. Many people with no helmets over sped and went away. They asked me to show my vehicle's documents and licence. I showed them all the requisite papers, including PUC. In the end, they were dejected to see a scooter rider having all the proper documents. They apparently had no reason for stopping me when I asked them.
hahaha . a lesson to the police. they were thinking they will just stop someone and get some money. they should know that the people who ride bikes are not dumb.

You dealt with them in real cool way. Even I was been chased by a cop in outskirts of Mumbai for wearing helmet. And i lost my cool for that. These cops really need to be trained properly and some serious changes have to be made in speed limits. We are still following 30 yrs old traffic rules.

You dealt with them in real cool way. Even I was been chased by a cop in outskirts of Mumbai for wearing helmet. And i lost my cool for that. These cops really need to be trained properly and some serious changes have to be made in speed limits. We are still following 30 yrs old traffic rules.

they stop you for no reason some times..
and in some situations they make us wait for the higher official to come...
do they think we are jobless...

@ 2 minutes & 20 seconds you are telling that you are a tax paying citizen of country and can not be treated like a criminal, but you didn't take into consideration that the constable had pulled you over under suspicion (which can be anything from DUI to road racing). According to me they have every right to stop us & we Co-operate with them with all the respect they deserve.

Your video clearly shows that you crossed more than 70 kmph which i feel more than the speed limit of that road
