Hello mr Tech acad i wanted to ask what's up with the different ip addresses? and for some reason i can never get the port security correct. I did everything you said in the video but for some reason it doesnt work out

Hi First thing now a days this RIPv2 is used in small networks. Other than this you can understand this outdated concept also required in the CISCO exam point of view Thanks for your great support.
Very helpful video! Please keep it up sir! Anyway, regards to this video, I wonder sir where you got the ip addresses you put in pc1 and pc2 for the sticky?
He made them up out of thin air. You can literally use any ip address so that it will generate a conversation with the switch port to register the mac-address. Hope that helps.

pc1 and pc2 IP addresses are given in the instructions, as 10.10.10.10-11, not 192.168.1.1-2
How did he not spot that?
Have not taken the time to check; but could you make a video on pointers for those studying or taking courses for thCCNA.
Done
Why is it a 192.168.x.x for PC1? I know 10.x.x.x are private..but where did you get this from? Is it something to do with 192.168.x.x?
What happens if we config it with 10.x.x.x are we not able to access WAN and only internal network?
