I think Microsoft is doing fine. They definitely don’t sell as much hardware as Sony but they destroy in software. I think they should just make games and sell gamepass on pc and ps. But Sony won’t allow that because they aren’t consumer friendly.
That's one reason why the vita flopped because it didn't have games and them memory cards were expensive as hell. Some memory cards even costing like half the price of the handheld itself.

Games with replayability and multiplayer will always be better than single player games tbh. Oh and the forest was pretty cool to have on ps. But left 4 dead is over 10 years old and has 24k players active still on a monthly basis. Palworlds was pretty cool and souls-like games such as lies of p and wu long fallen dynasty came to gamepads day 1. Not to mention soon every cod game will be added as well

Not true at all, 3nm, and 2 nanometrer chips are expected to arrive for full production around 2025, Series X currently uses a 7nm, possibly looking at reworking to a 5 nanometer if they have not already, there was talk of it. Anyway, this will be the next, and most likely final tech leap for a considerably long time. Beyond 2-3 nanometer we will start to crash into the fundamental limits of physics, in terms of what is possible with conventional chip construction, it literally can't go further. If this tech is around by then, which is very much expected, Xbox can easily develop the new console leveraging the tech, as no significant advancements will occur in the 2 followup years due to this AT ALL (Literally tech is at it's limits at that point) basically Sony will have no advantage hardware wise, not without making some overpriced Goliath or Something, which.... Good luck with that. And Xbox will have a 2 year head start. Assuming the leak is true.

My only problem with Xbox is the controller, I primarily play on PlayStation but a lot of my friends use Xbox and the only problem I’ve had is the with controller. I don’t like the joystick lay out and how the battery works but at least you can put in a rechargeable battery, other than that I think both are equally as good.

There is no need for a new gen until 2028-2029 the current consoles are still at their peak and starting the next gen in 2026 would be a waste.
We still did not have games that can use full potential of this gen, and it feels so stall. Nothing really happens. I miss 360 /ps3 era.

And i have overkill rig myself. Its just simpler to play on consoles. PC gamers are too obsessed on graphical fidelity instead focusing on game itself.

Xbox almost every time outperformed PlayStation. Reason for that is that the Founders of Xbox did work at PlayStation and they didn’t like where PlayStation was going to go. So they started their own company and went straight up head to head after the release. From nothing to comparison.

Not true at all, 3nm, and 2 nanometrer chips are expected to arrive for full production around 2025, Series X currently uses a 7nm, possibly looking at reworking to a 5 nanometer if they have not already, there was talk of it.
Anyway, this will be the next, and most likely final tech leap for a considerably long time.
Beyond 2-3 nanometer we will start to crash into the fundamental limits of physics, in terms of what is possible with conventional chip construction, it literally can't go further.
If this tech is around by then, which is very much expected, Xbox can easily develop the new console leveraging the tech, as no significant advancements will occur in the 2 followup years due to this AT ALL (Literally tech is at it's limits at that point) basically Sony will have no advantage hardware wise, not without making some overpriced Goliath or Something, which.... Good luck with that.
And Xbox will have a 2 year head start.

My only problem with Xbox is the controller, I primarily play on PlayStation but a lot of my friends use Xbox and the only problem I’ve had is the with controller. I don’t like the joystick lay out and how the battery works but at least you can put in a rechargeable battery, other than that I think both are equally as good.
Because Xbox is arguably worse. I’m sure an xbot couldn’t grasp that though.
