Youre absolutely right Sir Percy. The law is very clear. Comelec should act with the QC RTC decision accordingly. The SC would be in big trouble if they dont act according to the rule of Law. Any RTC & SC would loose integrity in that sense. "Order is bigger than the 31M votes where the candidate is in question.
If the Comelec acted with dispatch, the disqualification case could have been settled with the Supreme Court, and thus BBM would not have been able to run for any public office as mandated by the Tax Code. And so VP Leni would be the top candidate
The real issue whether or not bbm is constitutionally allowed to run in presidency even the comelec which decided bbm to run for presidency but the final judgment will come from the Supreme Court and if SC disqualified bbm to run the decision of comelec was void and invalid.

Any RTC & SC would loose integrity in that sense. "Order is bigger than the 31M votes where the candidate is in question.

If the Comelec acted with dispatch, the disqualification case could have been settled with the Supreme Court, and thus BBM would not have been able to run for any public office as mandated by the Tax Code. And so VP Leni would be the top candidate
