This is exactly what I need and how I wanted to lead music. I want to understand the mechanics of how things are played and then use the sounds to explain why they behave that way. It was very clear.
Great teaching technique. Very clear and didactic. This matter is very important, but it needs so much practice. Thank you for your kindness. I've been learning music theory and playing the piano for centuries. I'm very old. For me, it's much easier to learn the theory than to practice the piano exercises or the ear training. So, my ear training and the piano playing learning curve are soooooo slow. Well, that's the way I am. I like some of your music. Beautiful and very atmospheric and climatic.
I definitely think that talking about descending intervals and how that changes the notes relationships is an interesting and often over looked topic. It took me way longer to admit than I like to understand that the tri tone is the only interval that remains the same up and down and that perfect fifths and Forths switch places, etc.. Sorry for a late comment here, I'm playing catch up on the videos after a long busy period.
Seriously I just failed theory 3 in music school and this is both more applicable knowledge and more advanced. Wow Do you release music either as a composer or something else?
