- Filmed by Sarah Fox of Mahlatini African Travel. Very rarely have I seen grown male lions being so affectionate with each other but here is a very 'cute' depiction of their brotherly love.
I could watch this for hours and hours.

Definitely family. They have probably traveled everywhere together. Very cute. I don't know how I would feel about two human brothers doing the same.
One of the Lion Lioness courting videos discussed the " Fleming top lip response which is indicative of intense hormonal arousal .Thus can be observed in other Species aling with deffinate vocal tones .For example Equines .In fact Stallions will.sniff the ground , raise their heads way upwards & show those upper teeth and / or emit sounds ONLY articulated when searching for a Mare ready to be bred ..Canines also .

It's normal behavior. For animals there is no cultural sensitivity like humans based on bias and other veiws. Animals doesn't have limits and different names of behavior like bromance or gay. Male lios have been observed mounting each other
