You on the other hand say the Quran is word for word, where multiple versions contradict that so Quran is false and Islam false. This is not the case with the Bible as said previously.
And the Quran says that the Gospels are uncorrupted but the Bible doesn't say the same for the Quran since Islam came after Christianity not before, so if you say the Bible is corrupt then you are committing sin by your own book.

What religions existed in Arabia from 600AD to 800AD?
Unlike today, Arabia was defined by tribal entities which differed from Jordan to Yemen to Oman to Iraq to Jordan. Yet tribalism did not mean camel caravans could not cross another tribe’s territory. Taxes had to be paid for water usage to pass. Only in places where multiple caravan routes intersected at large water holes did cities grow. The major cities in Arabia as defined about were: Petra, Aqaba, Medina, Sana, Basra, Baghdad, Damascus, and Amman. Some of these cities had different names than today or started out as a collection of cities.
The Intellectual centers of Arabs were in Damascus and Baghdad. These are were Roman culture on an intellectual level intersected Arabs. The other cities did have limited intellectual capacity which was almost exclusively centered on religious institutions.
This means Arabian religious institutions were critical to comprehending how Arabian intellectualism developed. And make no mistake, camel caravan leaders knew how to read the stars to navigate across vast open areas of roadless desert. They understood how star positions varied during seasons of the year. I am talking about written intellectualism.
Arabic as a language evolved from an Aramaic root. However, Aramaic evolved from Hebrew slang or conversational Hebrew which originated with written Hebrew. Written Hebrew goes back to at least 2,000BCE or 4,000 years from today. Modern written Arabic started to evolve from an ill defined written Aramaic in the late 8TH Century, about 790AD. So this is when various dialects started to argue over how to write and then speak written Arabic. It was not fully resolved until the mid 13TH Century, about 1250AD.
Now back to Arab religious development. In 600AD, most Arab tribes believed in Paganism. This was mostly Baal based beliefs. In Damascus, Baghdad, Petra and Sana (which was once part of an Ethiopian Empire) Jewish Synagogues and later Christian Churches existed. There were isolated Synagogues and Churches in many smaller cities too. Within Arab tribes, several religions could exist, but usually on a sub tribe family based level.
The intersection religions in Arabs culture did not change until Arabs started to develop a national identity greater than their tribe. The name Islam and Muslim is not written down in Arabic until after 800AD. Mention of Arabs exists in non-Arabic texts without any mention of Islam or Muslim faith until 950AD. This means the origins of Islam and Muslim faith originating between 620AD and 632AD when Mohammad was murdered is suspect.
Aramaic and Arabic have no vowels. Arabic letters are differentiated only around 800AD when marks are added. Aramaic users such as Jewish Christians Nazarenes, called Jesus the Anointed One or Praised One, Mahmed, spelled MHMD. This is a Title used in their Gospels and Hymns. The Arabic spelling of the name Mohammad is MHMD. Many Arabic scholars from 750AD to 950AD had trouble differentiating the Title Mahmed and the Name Mohammad. This is why the Quran of today contains Gospels passages. This is why some Muslims claim Mohammad’s name is in the Gospels.

That guy has no historical or theological knowledge. There were Christians all over the Arabian peninsula. Even some monks down in Yemen. there are caves which were used as monasteries by monks and priests in Saudi that have syriac Bible verses carved into the walls, way before Islam. And there were Christians who would travel down into the Arabian peninsula to sell and trade goods
