I've just come across your page and loving going through each upload! Really enjoyed this one, beautiful, well played! I don't know too much about accordions -played piano as a child, up to my teens and the harmoniom ten years ago now! I am slowly learning bits and pieces through youtube video's as I feeled pulled to start playing the accordion! Thanks for adding to my inspiration! liked and subscribed :)
Lovely playing. I'm also fascinated by the Middle English volume on your bookshelf! PS Leveret dispatched Andy Cutting to Abbots Bromley for research - only for him to find that they were dancing to some pop piece... According to Castagnari, most boxes we know of as melodeons are actually 'button accordions'. Only the single-row jobs are technically 'melodeons'. Presumably Castag are splitting hairs!
