Given that you can climb out of bronze with a 50% winrate there's basically no reason to be bronze 5 0lp. Just pure luck should keep you above that.
Most of these people just lost their 10 Provisionals and got down there
definetely not. I tried to intentionally lose all 10 on a fresh account (won one game tho hmm) and got placed into bronze 1 with 1/9 placements. so you certainly need to lose some more after your placements or been placed in bronze in a previous season already
