आई,पी,एस, बनने के लिए बहुत प्रयत्न करनापडता है।इसमे कंपटीशन बहुतहै 2लाख मैसे मुश्किल से100 ही सफल होते हैऔर इन्हे जनता से ज्यादा सम्पर्क होता है जिसमे हर प्रकार के व्यक्तित्व के लोग होते है सेनामे अधिकारी वर्ग को ट्रेनिंग प्राप्त लोगोसे कठिन परिस्थितिजन्य क्षेत्रो मेकार्य लेना पड़ता है जहा जान का खतरा अधिक होता है।

सेना की तुलना पुलिस से नहीं की जा सकती क्योंकि सेना में प्रतिदिन हार्ड ट्रेनिंग होती है पुलिस में हफ्ते भर तक कुछ नही होता होता भी है तो नार्मल अगर दोनों को एक सामने खड़ा करें तो ड्रेस का डिसिप्लेन से हार्ड ट्रेनिंग का पता चल जायेगा और पुलिस और सेना को किसी समय एक साथ काम करना हो तो सेना प्रथम आती है इसलिए सेना ही हमारे देश की शान है

1) IPS banne ke liye duniya ka 2nd toughest competitive exam pass karna hota hai, ARMY officer banne ke liye NDA ka exam jo ki ek one day multiple choice objective question exam pass karna hota hai. Toh padh likh kar kuch banne ke maamle mae IAS/IPS ke exam ke saamne NDA/CDS kuch bhi nahi hai. 2)Ek IPS 13 saal ki service mae he DIG bann jate hain jabki same rank mae Brigadier hota hai jo banne ke liye 23 saal lagte hain. 3)Ek SSP District Police Chief hota hai jiske under mae 2500-3000 ka staff hota hai aur wahin ek unit ke C.O (Colonel) ke under mae 800 soldiers ka staff hota hai. 4)Bahut sae aise Army officers dekhne ko milte hain jo baad mae exam qualify kar ke IAS/IPS bann jate hain par ek bhi aisa IAS/IPS nahi dikhega jo service sae resign kar ke Army mae gaya ho. 5)RAW chief, IB chief, National Security Advisor, Special Protection Force chief, etc IPS officers he bante jain. Current National Security Advisor Ajit Dhoval bhi ek IPS officer he thae. 6)IAS/IPS ka bungalow City ke beecho beech mae hota hai jo ki uss District ki most posh area hoti hai. British period mae IAS/IPS ka Bungalow bhi Pratishtha ka prateek maana jata tha. 7)DM/SSP curfew impose karte hain, lockdown lagate hain jo sabhi par laagu hota hai chahe koi bhi ho 8)Same rank mae hone par bhi IAS/IPS ki salary Army officer sae slightly more hoti hai

Aur sabase muskil Medical examination Aap No-1 ki rank bhhi la lete hai aur SSB bhi crack kar lete hai.. but medical me unfit ho gaye to Bhhi aap Officer nahi ban paoge...So Jab bhi Aap kisi defence ke Officer ko dekhana to dimag me Ek baar jaroor sochana ki Is inshaan ke under kitani saari khoobia hai tabhhi to ye inshan officer bana hai...
