I think it was a brilliantly made web series ,easily amongst the best Indian web series ....and while quite a lot of people (still! even after claiming to have watched the series!) make HM as some kind of an innocent person who was victimized by corrupt politicians and powerful business but the part I liked the most about the series was that it did not show him as a perfect person or hero .. they showed him as a human with all his failures, flaws, unethical behaviors and mistakes alongside his successes and achievements, which was very refreshing to watch .. it felt very real and life-like and not like a typical masala Hindi movie with a white collared or in recent times, a grey collared hero, the way Khilji was glorified in Padmavat
HM may be wrong, but the problem was that he was the only one caught, because he was the only one with the balls to stand up to the central government. Dozens of other people who took part didn’t face any major punishment.

What I have often observed in life is that it is people in power are the ones who are capable of punishing other powerful people who are not in power and against them, people in power keep changing and thus people being targeted and punished also keep changing.. and almost everyone is corrupt, therefore one shouldn't have too many idealistic expectations

When he was making money for the country, everyone was worshipping him but no one except his family and few others stood with him when he was exposed during his “crime”, which wasn’t even a crime but rather an ingenious move utilising the already existing flawed system. What’s more, he accepted that he’s not a hero. He accepted that he may not have followed business ethics. If he was utilised properly, our country’s economic situation may have been pretty different. But we just wanted to get the satisfaction of locking someone in a jail so we took away the life of an excellent financial wiz. And what’s more, apart from him no one faced consequences. Our judicial system is a system which can only target the innocent and people who are from humble background. In front of powerful people no one can open their mouth. If anything, the HM episode not only exposed the judiciary, it also exposed indians. It exposed how traitorous we are, and how we can be so cold hearted to our own brothers.
