You can basically do this on any long note you want to in order to jazz up your voice. I went to a lot of speech therapies and did a lot of detailed things. Do you know about gofundme pages??? If you set a goal x amount of dollars on there, tell the world your goal (you want singing lessons) plus add a couple of your videos so they can witness themselves I can guarantee you you might very well have some. But of course there are plenty other ways.
