man i have no idea how you can be still below 1k subs, your content is super enjoyable to watch and helped me so much in becoming a better plague player
For the survivors who out smart the Thana I typically run penti with 2 other hexes. Feels good to get 50% longer gen times for a short period. And it makes survivors shit themselves :D
I honestly used to do the stereotypical thanata dying light build on legion and plague. I hated it but it’s all that you know in the start. My friend she taught me a lot of good plague tips and does an all seeing build which has become my new favorite thing on plague. I avoid slowdown anymore it’s not my thing.
The things that bug me about thana: 1 - it requires everyone to be injured at the same time to get any value 2 - as soon as someone is dead, it's a nearly dead perk 3 - the effect it has at full power isn't the worst thing in the world to go against anyway 4 - no one asked for it to be changed when they changed it from being a flat 4% per injury + 4% more for all injured. 2% only adds like *a* second to a gen.
Oh, yeah, builds like this are SO fun, actually. Love them so much. Don't like facing them, but it feels fun to be "evil" once in a while. [Let the devol out every now and then /reference] Also, god damn, you started laughing like the Doctor in that first match 😭😭 lmfao
thana was great a few years ago, not now specially knowing that if u kill one survivor the debuff can only get 3 stacks or 6%, since 8/10 killers fully tunnel a survivor earlier...., welp u get it
Bro wait. You trying to tell people NOT to run a perk that synergizes naturally with a killer that keeps survivirs injured? In a gen rush meta? Foh bro. If ur new to plague... Run thanny as ur only slowdown. Priortize getting everyone fully infected. So they get injured. They either cleanse an give u the most powerful ability in dbd or stay injured an take ages to do gens. Run thanny with some aura reading wallhacks. Now more experienced plague users. Sure. Go experiment. Cuz there are much more fun builds for her to use. Mans out here trying to get new plagues teabagged
Thana is very easily countered by good teams, the type of teams you need slowdown against and that's why I don't think its a good choice for Plagues. You also bring up running around trying to prioritize making everyone fully infected which burns so much time from you before thana even kicks in.
@@magi_n7 na come on man. U know damn well u don't have to chase everyone to get them infected. Puke on a window they are gonna vault let them vault leave the chase find another. Took 3 or 4 seconds to infect them. Sur not fully infected but it's only a matter of time. Now cleanse an give me my power to avoid hitting full infection or let my thanny work. Puke on a gen. Puke on a hooked survivor if u don't wanna find everyone. Someone gets infected just for unhooking that's 2. Ur a plague main bro. Quit playing like infecting all survivors have to be chased down to be injured. It's easier than people think. I'm not saying it's her best perk.. for experienced players. But it is one of if not THEE most natural synergy perk u can have on her. Most people run corrupt with her anyways. Puke on the 4 gens not blocked an someone will infect themselves without needing chased at all. Ur gonna get lucky from time to time with that strat an get multiple survivors infected cuz they wanna Gen rush. I'm not saying thanny is her best perk. It just naturally synergizes with her power. There are more fun ways to play her. I acknowledge that. But if ur talking pure synergy and effectiveness especially at a lower rank like most people who will watch this video it's also naturally effective. I see where ur coming from tho. Not a necessity. Just a Cinderella shoe type fit for her
I didnt understand as you were blazing through your comments about thana. is this a good summary? 1) thana is bad perk design because some killers (like plague) get value from it without earning it (ie, by just existing) 2) thana is easy to counter by 1 player cleansing and then playing stealth
9:04 bro turned into the doctor 😭
ah hell naw magi switching killers mid-match 😭

Its not that serious

how does coulrophobia help plague?

B-b-but
Terminus is better imo.
What the point making video about Thanatophobia, if your gameplay is Slug&Run 🤔
