    We have a form that uses logic…based on how person responds, they either get an email or the qualify to book a call. Is there a trigger that can be used to take the person who qualifies for a call into a workflow where they can go to the calendar, book the call, and now get reminders??

      yeah just use "Add To Workflow" action if the qualify using the if/else branching. That workflow can send them the link to book a call

    Hi There.
    Is there a way to target the contact that submitted a survey form in a workflow rather than the newly created contact (from experiments I found that the trigger "Survey from submitted" the newly created contact is targeted in the workflow and not the user who submitted)?
    To cut a long story short, I need details of the newly added contact from the survey form added to custom fields of the contact who submitted it.
