Surprized riot has never done anything to balance against tank Vayne. I'd think just gutting the base % of her true dmg and making it scale with AD instead would solve it, so that it's about the same early but falls off if she doesn't build full AD.
I think that would be hard to balance. A tank Vaynerchuk can still go gathering storm in low elo for example. You could still build tank items that give ad and get away with it.

The only "AD tank items" are deaths dance and wits end, and vayne already builds wits end often, and getting deaths dance means she still wont have the utility and health from proper tank items.

I think true dmg should be removed from the game completely. its such a dumb mechanic that ruins the logic. why the fuck im forced to buy items to kill tanks if i need to, when some champs can kill tanks by just looking at them.

With attack speed I think the only tanky item with attack speed is wits. Also it makes stuff like frozen heart so much better against vayne

Since champions have a lot more armor nowadays, i really think mythic passive of Eclipse is way better than prowlers. You can get 46% armor pen, with full build, so you reduce by half their armor.
AD Sion legit needs prowlers claw to be relevant in zombie though. Otherwise, a single slow and you're not a champ (can't proc phase rush if you can't touch them)

But it's fair that a dead champion hitting creeps, towers, and heroes? Proxying and taking enemy jungle camps early isn't cringe at all. His ult makes him unstoppable too, making it easy to escape. Baus is abusing Sion strength too, it's just a bad matchup against Vayne.

Against splitpushing Sion, you need 1 person to always be able to stop him so the rest of the team can have a chance at 4v4 so champions dealing % of maximum health per hit, who are also able to tank through AD Sion's whole combo are IMO the best way to counter him. So champions to consider are Darius, Fiora, Vayne, Gwen and Tahm Kench and other similar ones.
dont come up with logic or facts, the fanboys will roast you for it. In his elo there are almost no sions, so when you see one the chance the enemy know its baus and knows the strat is huge, just picking vayne and counter his tactic is fucking genius.
