其實$1200唔應該稱為“管理費”。應該叫“lot rent” - 而這個費用係包括咗租塊地(所以租客唔使畀地稅但要畀物業稅), 水費,排污費,垃圾費同埋上網費用。

香港人一次過攞十幾萬加幣就冇咁難,第二啲族群就怕冇咁易,小心住落唔合心水,想甩手就難喇,仲未計嗰度千二加紙管理費😣

冇pr買屋要比25%或以上首期

持有某個有效時間嘅工簽有豁免..
仲有地權唔係你,洗唔洗交地稅?

Townhouse要俾Condo,500-600蚊包水同垃圾,唔包暖氣,仲要俾地稅,呢啲唔洗俾,所以計落只係貴三至田四舊一個月。@@CanMen

all the elderly folks complaining unaffordable pad fees hahahha, but $1200 is criminal tbh, a condo with 5% down, mortgage+mgmt fees would still be less than that. Some mgmt fees even include electricity :)
@@kpokfposkf the complaints are not about rent amounts, but frozen pipes, mold, etc.
@@rgl168 oh i checked the new ones, pad fees just among one of the many complaints.
