This was actually a shockingly good run, probably the best run on a not modern warfare game that I've done, I had one random grenade death that lost about 20 seconds, and prettymuch everything else went really cleanly.
The original goal was to get a 2:29, and that seemed like it might be quite difficult for a while, but then I skipped right over it to low 2:28 lol, so I'm pretty happy with this.
This also makes Ghosts just 1 second faster than WW2, kinda funny, but WW2 is for sure a shorter game, this run is much cleaner.

The best thing about ghost is that in cutscenes when the people die it just looks like splashing milk or other liquid it looks weird as hell and I like it
I like that this made me look up info about Ghosts and find out some interesting details. First, I wanted to know when the game takes place because the floating ship on the beach and stuff, I was confused by when. I found out that after the ten year timejump at the start of the game, it takes place in 2027.
However, while finding that, I also found the answer to a part slightly mentioned in this video about "How did South America managed to do this stuff when they have nothing" paraphrased. It turns out, this takes place in an alternate future where the Middle East fell to complete nuclear destruction, which led to South America to be the next best stop for oil on the planet, since when the Middle East was destroyed by it, it caused a global economic crisis. So these things led to the South American countries forming a federation.
I already kinda liked Ghosts and thought it deserved a sequel, and this is a pretty unique setting finding this out and I'm more disappointed we never got a sequel now

I personally was never a fan of ghosts, I mostly just played it to get the world record, but the game did exceed my expectations, it's not really any worse of a game than mw3 tbh.
activision really passed the opportunity to make the 20th game ghosts ii (ghosts is the 10th). Instead, they made MWIII. Damn.

I was actually surprised seeing multiple people in the chat confused on who the sniper was in Sin City. Like, it's pretty obviously Keegan. And if it's confusing because he got from the sniper position to them, then that's just because they forgot how in one of the earlier missions in the games, we even directly use a remote-controlled sniper (which can be noted how the two snipers have the same shot sound I believe).
Why do people in chat think that Keegan was phisically in that building with a sniper rifle in Sin City? It is basically the same sniper device like in one of the first missions in the game, i thought it was obvious

Tbh this game is actually really decent, it deserves a sequel because we want to know what happened to Logan after Roarke took him to the exotic plants. Will Logan become an enemy or what?

This is a very unpopular opinion, but I think _Ghosts_ is a good game (as far as _Call of Duty_ games go, anyway). I can't speak for the multiplayer or the extinction mode because I've never played them, but I think the campaign is fun. The thing I like about it the most is that it's relatively down-to-earth yet still entertaining. The characters aren't as memorable as the ones from _Modern Warfare_ or _Black Ops,_ and graphically the game manages to look worse than its earlier counterparts, but from a strictly gameplay and storyline perspective, I think it's completely fine. People just don't like it because you aren't doing crazy shit like running along walls, flying through the air with jetpacks, and just generally engaging in an orgy of ADHD.
I respect your opinion, but honestly this campaign doesn't rate super highly for me, in terms of gameplay and just general fun it's pretty similar to mw3 for me, which is to say it's very middle of the pack of the games I've played.

@@paulinieminen9083 Nothing I do here is impossible on a controller, but why would that stop you anyway? Are you exclusively aiming to beat the record? If I was running on console I wouldn't compare myself to pc times anyway, even if they were ranked on the same leaderboard.
@@klooger28 I’ve always wanted to have a wr in a speedrun but I guess nothing is stopping me from trying. I just thought some of the bhop and strafing you did was impossible but I haven’t tried so maybe I was just wrong.
