It was a pacing issue. Its perfectly fine on Broadway where its all about stopping for a song every few minutes and the shows run over two hours, but in a 90 minute movie it just wrecks the pacing. Same reason they cut "If I Never Knew You" from Pocahontas, and that was probably the strongest song in the film. They even had it fully pencil animated before it was cut!

I normally love your covers but this one I didn't enjoy as much. You were jumping back and forward from soft whisper and clean positioning and it was a little off. I like both of those voices you make, I think it would've been better to separate them a little depending on the phrase so the strong lines sounded strong and the sad/emotional sounded soft. This only stood out in 0:48 and 1:58. The rest was beautiful :)
Can you do Encanto songs? Or I can't remember if you done Speechless, Loyal brave and true. I think you should do those if you havn'et yet. Also some songs from Brother Bear 1 and 2 and Bambi 2 be nice. And Endless Night from the Lion King Broadway show.
Im a huge fan! I'll be honest though, theres something about the recent uploads.. an excess of some sort of auto tune or something? It hides your voice and sounds heavy. Your older videos are easier to listen to because they dont have it.
I really don't like his sound here. His chest voice sounds really whiny and squeezed, every note sounds really tense and throaty. Really not an appropriate style at all for this Broadway song.
