It's an improvisation and a true story that happened to some guys in the band when they played in Mexico !!!! Frank does a part half spoken half singing and Steve Vai followed him on the guitar, like the rest of the Band... Like your reaction to this one!!!!😂
That was hilarious!! 😆 Frank Zappa is one of a kind. Thank you Rory love your smile and your laugh!! The guitar is following his every single word. 😊💓🤘✌️

Steve Vai doubled Frank's singing note-for-note later in the studio. The basic track was recorded live in 1980. Vinnie Colaiuta played drums on it and is on the original vinyl release. When Frank remixed this for CD, Chad Wackerman overdubbed the drums.
My god, I haven't heard this since college! Which was - let me check -1987!! Thanks for rekindling a great memory! Now I have to remember where I put this record...
The vocal is from a live performance, Zappa telling the story of some guys in the band. How much of the rest of this track is unclear, Steve Vai's guitar is obviously a studio overdub.

Your reaction was great mate. I knew what was coming, so to see it hit you was bloody hilarious.

@laurawatters914- Seve is doubling every single syllable from Frank's words.
FZ was improvising, the band was following him in a style he called "Meltdown". Afterwards, Steve Vai transcribed FZ's monologue and then PLAYED IT.
