This should help reduce its volume when folding and assist with binding, but it also won't leak all over the sides before frying. It'll then finish melting during the frying process

I used a George Foreman grill to cook mine and it worked super well. I've made a turkey "sandwich" and a s'mores one with peppermint marshmallows and pretzels for the crunch. I'm going to try one with pizza toppings on a tortilla today.

I have done a Crunch Wrap with seasoned refried beans under the beef, taco sauce mixed into the sour cream and pepper jack and cheddar cheeses. So good and wonderfully messy.

Have a look at onigiri. Much easier to make than individual sushi but the same kind of ingredients
