Hello you all helped me go nonprofit and I can never say enough about how thankful I am for your help And your secretary who answers the phone for the mainline well she’s just amazing. My question is if I am teaching urban farming what would be a good example of me working with a company

Hey, Jennifer...so glad we are working with you!
I'm going out on a limb with this one, given I know little about farming. I could imagine a project that maybe involved a company that provided organic fertilizer, or maybe raised planting bed DIY kits. That could range from a percentage of sales benefiting your org, or them just straight-up donating to your org. I could also imagine a demonstration project that used a company's product that gives them exposure without your org directly promoting their business. There's lots of possibilities...just make sure you are not inappropriately hawking their goods. Most of the benefit of the association with a commercial business should be from them to you. I hope that helps!

Great video. Would love to see a video on how easy/difficult it is for a US foundation to make "foreign" non-US grants, etc.

Sounds like a great topic idea, Terry. We'll put that one in the hopper for consideration.

Amazing video! At AIRO (All Indigenous Recruiting Organization), we help recruit Native American students to higher education systems. We are in the process of building a “member package” that colleges and universities can purchase from us.
It gets tough to decide what we can all offer with an adequate return on our end. For example: we can offer affiliate marketing and help mentor Native American students in their institution to increase retainment. However, what is too much or too little to ask for? Is requesting that our students in the program get free tuition too much? Or is requesting that our students get free textbooks too little?
Great video and would love to hear your feedback on finding out more information on deciding what’s best in our interests and potential partnerships with colleges/universities.
