M&m spent 2600 crore on r&d last year where as maruti suzuki spent only 630crore
So marrazo deserves to be little costlier.
Also we should promote indian cars so that they can do more r&d with earnings and can improve.
Suzuki is japanese company and maruti has no role in manufacturing cars.

Mai isme kuch add krna chahunga ki.. Upcoming ertiga main agar maruti wohi old 1.3 Lt. Multijet engine use krti hai to ye thoda sa disappointed feel hoga.
Kyuki agar ek 5-6 logo ki family ko lekar ertiga main jaate hain with on AC. in summer to wo kafi under power feel hoga.
I think Maruti agar upcoming ertiga main Fiat ka 1.6 Lt. Wala diesel use kare ya fir koi new diesel engine 1.5 Lt. ka use kre to jo thoda sa powerful ho to ye maruti k liye game changer ho skta hai is segment main.
Jo bhi customer 10 - 15 lakh Rs. Spend krta hai is segment ki cara like ertiga, marazzo par, to wo thoda sa power bhi demand krta hai

Watch the marazzo vs innova comparison on motoroids. The marazzo is even more comfy than innova. The suspension setup is better, 4 disc brake in all tyres, 200mm ground clearance. How do you even expect that tin can ertiga to be better? I want to know!
