Tbh, I'm quite hyped for this. Angry Birds is finally going back to its roots as a great mobile game. Not a franchise that had so many spinoffs that were mediocre. (Bad Piggies was awesome though.) I gave up with Angry Birds once Angry Birds Go! came out. Then the Transformers spinoff came and I couldn't be bothered, then a candy crush like game. It's great to see that there going back to basics with a visual overhaul. Also, the game is free and it has a Candy Crush map like style. It will all just have to play out though. It could be freemium done well, or done badly. On July 30th, we'll all have to see if we get bitten by the Angry Birds bug once again. Also screw the film idea. That was stupid.
From these times 'till now, it just went like a downwards spiral. A second movie, still lots of spin-offs, and the worst: THERE IS NO CLASSICS ANYMORE!

RenAustriaWasTaken well yes, but the difference between the beta and the sequel is that the sequel was one of those cash grab things between gems and black orbs and hats Now with the beta on the other hand is a less cash grab and the designs for the blocks and pigs were different from the original AB2
