There is so much content about mindfulness and being present. That's what is so great about Cody, he's always engaged, always present and always fascinated by nature.

I'm completely loving your Northwest episodes!!! The rainforest, the beach, the Ocean!!! ALL soooo amazing to me!! Flip flops non-stop is my motto. And bare feet!! I grew up going to the beaches in California and Oregon and now I'm stuck in the desert. So thanks for the videos!!! Safe travels ✌️

We did the “standard Inside Passage cruise from Seattle, then when we returned we took the ferry over to the Olympic Peninsula and explored there for a couple of days. It was a pleasant surprise and as much fun as Alaska.

Thanks for visiting those amazing trees. That was cool walking on the trails. Words are hard to find for the beauty.
We stopped at Lake Crescent a couple of years ago. We took our elderly Dog on a road trip.
I want to kayak there. Thank you for showing us the beauty of the rainforest.

If you are not used to it, you can get a little chill by the beaches here. Nothing that cozy wool socks can't fix.😊 hope you two have been enjoying yourselves. Did you get to Neah Bay. Camp area at Hoebuck Beach right by the ocean. Your rig will be OK. Not much privacy but the scenery makes up for that.

Lake Crescent is beautiful! I remember one of my first solo camping trips as a 20 yo Okie girl was near Lake Crescent and I had a bear visit my tent site in the middle of the night. He rummaged through my bags outside of my tent.
    I was terrified.
I was dispersed camping so no other campers were around and I had no idea what to do so I just hid in my sleeping bag and prayed haha.
At dawn I packed up and hitchhiked out of there. 🤣
    Beautiful area though.

Hey I am from Washington. 1st place HOH Rain Forest - beautiful mossy tress - smells fabulous. 2nd Kalaloch State Park (with the so called tree of life) hanging off the cliff, Crescent Lake - where I got pinned between two logging trucks playing the squeeze game .... be careful they are stinkers. Please remember It ALWAYS RAINS in Washington State (lol) that is why the population is massive ...... people who stay - have to toughen up.

It's fun seeing you enjoying the path I took north earlier this summer! It also confirms that we all like to do things differently, but do enjoy many of the same things. If I had only known you were heading that way, I would have recommended the Harvest Host stay I did in Sequim. Flourish Lavender Farm. The lavender is blooming now and they have lovely things in their little gift shop. Plus, you get to camp in a field of wild daisies!

It looked like you were in Jurassic park with some of those trees. Amazing. The last part of the video was really nice. I've come to realize how important it is to our health to be connected to the earth, to kick off our shoes and walk on the sand or grass in our bare feet, to hug the trees and breath the fresh air, let the sun wash over our skin and just enjoy the view. Take care :)
